Bergamot Quartet is Ledah Finck and Sarah Thomas, violins; Amy Tan, viola; and Irène Han, cello. Founded at the Peabody Institute in Baltimore in 2016, Bergamot Quartet is based in New York City and was the Graduate String Quartet in Residence at the Mannes School of Music for 2020-2022.
Macabéa is an opera by Suzanne Farrin based on the novel The Hour of the Star by Clarice Lispector. It is an electro-sonic operatic experience with film and music that examines the cultural, psychological, and spiritual manifestations of poverty and power.

Presented by NYU Steinhardt Program in Vocal Performance. Titanic , the epic musical by Maury Yeston and Peter Stone, features romance, adventure, and intrigue on a grand scale. Directed by original Broadway cast member and adjunct faculty member Ted Sperling, TITANIC is the first full musical theater production in the new Iris Cantor Theatre, showcasing the state-of-the-art capabilities of the venue.
ETHEL and Friends is a music series lovingly programmed for “Date Night” at The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Great Hall Balcony Cafe on the 2nd Floor, by the resident ensemble, ETHEL. “Date Night” Artists perform 3 sets on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 - 8:30 PM.

“A Worthy Mirror” project represents a time-traveling dialogue with the 12th-century trobairitz—the feminine counterpart of the poet-composers known as troubadours.Together with guest artist Amanda Gookin of Forward Music Project, we are commissioning eleven female and non-binary composers to respond to and converse with the 36 extant trobairitz texts (of which we only have music for one).
