Counterpoint-Italy: World Premieres

Counterpoint-Italy presents an evening of world premieres by Alastair Greig, Vikas Deo and Federico Núñez, the winning works from its 2013 and 14 International Composition Competitions, performed by harpist Karen Lindquist Speyer, cellist Daniel Barrett, flutist Linda DiMarino Wetherill. The organization was founded in 2009 in Lucca, Italy to support composer residencies, a chamber music festival and commissions that are also performed in the US.
