Music of Matt Holman: Chamber and Big Band Works

A diverse musical journey through composer Matt Holman's chamber and large ensemble output from the past five years. An all-star cast of NYC's finest musicians will perform the premiere of "Sleep, My Darling, Sleep," a lullaby suite featuring vocalist Theo Bleckmann, as well as composed and improvised music from Holman's albums "When Flooded" and "The Tenth Muse." In addition, Holman's award-winning big band compositions featuring a surprise special guest will also be included on the program.
